Objective:To observe the effects of quadruple therapy with omeprazole and pantoprazole on inflammatory immunity, and gastrointestinal hormone regulation in patients with helicobacter pylori (Hp) infected gastric ulcer. Method: Used random number table method,80 patients with Hp infected gastric ulcer who were admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were divided into control group (40 cases, quadruple therapy with omeprazole) and study group (40 cases, quadruple therapy with pantoprazole). The effective rate, Hp cure rate, inflammatory response indicators [interleukin-6 (IL-6), high sensitivity-C reactive protein (hs-CRP), interleukin-1 (IL-1), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF -α)], immune indicators [CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+], gastrointestinal hormones [somatostatin (SS), cholecystokinin (CCK), gastrin (GAS), motilin (MTL)], incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate between two groups were compared. Result: The effective rate and Hp cure rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). hs-CRP, IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-α after treatment decreased in both groups, the study group was lower than that of the control group at the same time point (P<0.05). CD8+ after treatment decreased in both groups, the study group was lower than that of the control group at the same time point, CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+ increased, the study group was higher than that of the control group at the same time point (P<0.05). CCK、GAS、MTL after treatment decreased in both groups, the study group was lower than that of the control group at the same time point, SS increased, the study group was higher than that of the control group at the same time point (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Compared with quadruple therapy with omeprazole, quadruple therapy with pantoprazole in patients with Hp infected gastric ulcers, can improve the eradication rate and Hp cure rate, which may be related to regulating inflammation, immune levels and gastrointestinal hormones, and is safe and effective. |
