| The regional pathology specialty alliance in China was still in the initial stage of development, with insufficient research and exploration in policy guarantees, operational methods, and working methods, there were many challenges and problems in working mechanisms, talent guarantee, resource layout, and other aspects at the same time. This article explores the construction and development of the pathology alliance model in Deyang region, and explored a new model for the pathology construction of grassroots medical institutions, in order to achieve "personnel exchange, medical exchange, and information exchange" among member units in the region, to promote the sustainable and high-quality development of the regional pathology alliance, and help improve the regional pathology service capacity and overall medical service level. |
