| 目的：探讨松龄血脉康预处理对大鼠急性局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤脑组织TNF-α表达的影响。方法：36 只雄性SD大鼠，
随机分为松龄血脉康（SL-xmk）预处理组、假手术组、对照组，SL-xmk 预处理组采用SL-xmk（937.5mg/kg）悬浮液对大鼠进行4w
预防性灌胃处理，假手术组、对照组采用等容量生理盐水预防性灌胃处理，在预处理终点采用线栓法制作大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞
（middle cerebral artery occlusion，MCAO）模型。观察SL-xmk 预处理后MCAO 大鼠脑组织含水量、脑梗死体积变化的影响，运用
免疫组织化学法检测大鼠缺血脑组织TNF-α免疫反应阳性细胞表达。结果：SL-xmk 预处理后脑组织TNF-α 表达显著下降，缺
血脑组织含水量和脑梗死体积明显降低。结论：松龄血脉康可抑制急性局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤后脑组织TNF-α的表达。 |

| Objectivc: To study the effect of Songling Xuemaikang preconditioning on the expression of tumor necrosis factor-α
after focal cerebral ischemia injury in rats. Methods: 36 adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups in which
the sham-operation group (n=12) and the control group (n=12) were both treated with 1ml/100g isotonic saline, and the preconditioning
groups of 4w were treated with 937.50mg/kg of SL-xmk before received 2h of MCAO followed by 24h reperfusion except sham-operation
group. The brain water content and infarct area in right hemisphere were observed after ischemia for 2h followed by 24h reperfusion,
then immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of TNF-α of ischemic brain tissue. Results: The pretreatment 4w periods
of SL-xmk could significantly reduce ischemic brain tissue water content and infarct area in right hemisphere. Compared with the control
group, the expression of TNF-αin ischemic brain tissue decreased obviously. Conclusion: SL-xmk pretreatment may have certain inhibition
on the expression of tumor necrosis factor-α after focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. |
